1. A few things you need to know:[/size]
When you join, you will enter a recruiting period which lasts up to 2 months. As we have removed our membership fee, we need this time to make sure that you really "belong". After a maximum of two months,staff of UNDF will decide if u make it to full member.
Running the servers costs money. However, a few of the members are at present taking care of this. As such, all we want from you is a little respect to all our members and guests on the server. You can, if you want, contribute, however this is NOT compulsory.
UNDF is an ANTI-CHEAT clan. We check VAC status and UAC screenshots regularly. Players caught cheating will be banned without hesitation and an annoucement made to the global community. A cheat is defined as "Any third-party modification to a game designed to give one player an advantage over another is classified as a cheat or hack and will trigger a VAC ban. This includes modifications to a game's core executable files and dynamic link libraries."
We are a mature clan, we only recruit players that are 18 years of age or older that act their age. Those under 18 can apply when they are 18 years old.
You will be offered a recruit status as soon as you express interest in joining the clan on the forums and meet the criteria (you will be given a forum account when you join mumble and expected to post in the Joining Forums when you want to join). You will be expected to wear the Recruit tag "UNDF-R-".
All UNDF members and also members of the public playing on the servers are to be respected. We expect anyone carrying the UNDF- tag to conduct themselves well.
We will not tolerate moaning, whining, racism, and profanity of any nature. Calling other players cheats without proof is also a serious offence and action will be taken against you. If you suspect anyone of cheating, please make a demo (Black Ops) and send it to a member of staff OR demo@united-df.com .
To be a member of the clan, you will need Mumble and an email client (Outlook Express / Windows Mail) to receive clan mails and War Updates.
You will also need a microphone and a headset. We frequently have fun wars and communication is necessary if you want to play.
We expect you to visit the website regularly. You will also be expected to participate in the forums by posting replies or creating new topics in English. Read the announcements to keep up to date.
On Mumble, we speak English you will be expected to converse in English.
If you want to take part in matches (whether Fun or Official), You must have proven yourself capable to the staff of UNDF.
You are expected to be active. If we do not hear from you (either on site or on Mumble) for 1 month, you will be removed from the clan without any prior notice or warning.
2. The Rules:
DO NOT cheat, hack, or use anything that will "give you an unfair advantage" over other players.
Treat other (ALL) players with respect as you wish to be treated yourself.
Be a regular visitor on the forums and website.
Respect other members posts on the forums by not spamming the serious topics and keeping to the topic.
Cursing, profanity and images or links of a pornagraphic nature will not be tolerated in the Public forums, DO NOT POST THEM.
As a recruit, always use your UNDF tag whenever you are in game, on Mumble, etc., as a Full Member, Use your tag only whenever you are using your UNDF name (name on UNDF site).
You must ALWAYS use the UNDF- tag and name (name registered on the website) when you are on a UNDF server. Our tag is WITHOUT colour markers.
Be responsible when wearing the "UNDF-" / "UNDF-R- " tag. Do not curse or dish out other forms of profanities to other players as this will tarnish the name of the UNDF.
[size=2]We do not allow Dual-Clanning for the Call of Duty Series. If you are in another clan for any other game, you have to be active with the UNDF. If you are for any reason, deemed inactive by the UNDF, you will be removed from our roster.
Please respect the rules. Any queries regarding the rules can be directed at any of the members of staff.
If you violate any of these rules you will be removed from the clan without any prior notice or warning.
